- I go over your specific needs and wishes for the menu of the week.

- I buy the groceries and do the cooking the day before and deliver it so it is as fresh as possible.

- In general the prepped food keeps well for the week but you have the option to freeze some dishes for more freshness later in the week.

- We review how it went and plan for the next week!
